Randeep Hooda is an established actor and model. He was born on 20 August 1976 in Rohtak, Haryana, India in a Jaat family. He got his masters degree in Human resource management in Melbourne, Australia. He studied at Motilal Nehru School and there he started gaining interest in acting. He made his acting debut in the year 2001 with the film Monsoon Wedding where he gained praise for his superb performance and acting skills. The next project in which Hooda works was offered to him four years later
after his debut film in the year 2005, that was not successful unfortunately.
He then appeared in a hit films like Once upon a time in Mumbai in the year 2010, Saheb, Biwi aur Gangster in the year 2011, Murder 3 in 2013, Kick, Rang Rasiya and Highway in 2014, Omung Kumar’s Biographical film based on the life of Sarabjit- Sarbjit in 2016. He also starred in films like D in 2005, Darna Zaroori Hai in 2006, Risk in 2007, Ru Ba Ru in 2008, Mere Khwabon mein jo aaye, Karma Aur Holi and Love Khichdi in the year 2009, Jannat 2, Cocktail in 2012, Bombay Talkies and John Day in 2013, Beeba boys and Main Aur Charles in 2015.

Hooda won Lions Gold award in the category of favourite actor in a supporting role for the film Once Upon a Time in Mumbai in the year 2010. In 2012, the actor got two nominations for the film Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster in a category of Best actor in a supporting role of Apsara Film and Television Producers Guild award and International Indian Film Academy awards. In 2013, he was nominated by Stardust awards in the category of Best actor for the film Jannat 2. In 2014, he won the best actor award by Stardust for the film Highway. In 2015, he was nominated in the Filmfare awards in the Best actor category for the film Rang Rasiya.
Hooda is an intense actor who portrayed several distinct roles in various films. Along with this, he is also regarded as one of the India’s most attractive celebrities. In 2010, The Times of India’s Annual list ranked him on the 21st position out of the total of 50 most desirable men. In 2011, in a global survey conducted online by Internet Movie Database ranked him seventh on the list of 20 sexiest men in the world. But the actor never influence by such remarks, he was grateful but at the same time he said he wants to be popular but because of his hard work and not only due to his good looks.
