Sunny Singh, who recently performed a fabulous role in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, might just be 2 films old performing the lead role; however, his interest and commitment to enter the film industry is several years old. A short while ago, he shared his views in an interview and said that he was born to act. From the day he was born, he knew that he would have a great future in acting career. He added that it may seem to be overstated and unrealistic, but the reality is that from the day he started understanding the film world, he wanted to enter it. He saw his father going on the sets and dreamt the same for himself as well.
His father Jai Singh Nijjar is known for astounding acting and directing skills. He has made various movies such as Chennai Express (2013), Singham (2011), Shivaay (2016) and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015). He literally feels that to give best to the screen, it’s extremely important that the actor performing the role is completely comfortable with cameras.
He said that one can emote with more brilliance if he/she is fully comfortable with the camera. If one is confident to perform, then 90% of the work automatically gets completed. He further added that he doesn’t like overacting at all as it takes away great performance one can give at that time.
Sunny is ready to take good scripts in any genre in future. He got the mainstream role in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, a romantic comedy by Luv Ranjan. He said that he does not care about the movie genre. For him, the only thing that really matters is a good script. He also said that all directors have their own visions, so he doesn’t mind who directs the movie. He said that if the script holds a meaning and has a good storyline, then he will assuredly clasp the chance and give his 100%.
