Tubelight Earns 130 Crores Even Before Its Release!

Salman Khan is making a return to the silver screen with Tubelight & he sure will look forward to smashing some box office records on his way. The posters & teaser of Tubelight have already created quite a buzz & it seems like this movie will surely go for the kill. Even before its release, Tubelight has already started its march. According to DNA, the all-India distribution rights of Tubelight were sold to NH Studioz for a whopping 130 crores. To add on to that the rights have been sold for a record price in both Gujarat & Rajasthan and has been given Minimum Guarantee by theater owners & distributors.

The minimum guarantee given is even bigger than Aamir Khan’s blockbuster Dangal. It is huge, but looking at the fact that it’s a movie starring Salman Khan, it is understandable why the distributors & theater owners have that kind of trust in the film. The overseas rights of Tubelight are yet to be sold.

Tubelight will be hitting the cinemas on 23rd June. It has been anticipated for a long time. Director Kabir Khan has already stated that Salman Khan’s performance in Tubelight will be even better than it was in the 2015 blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan. That alone is enough to get Salman fans all across the country enthusiastic for the movie. The first song of the film is called The Radio Song will be out on May 16. The teaser poster for the song was revealed yesterday. In the teaser poster, Salman has seen crowd surfing. The choreography for the song is done by Remo D’Souza who also previously worked with Salman on the ever popular song Selfie Le Le Re from Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

It would be fair to say that after all the record breaking done by Bahubali 2 & Dangal, the Sultan is coming back to reclaim his throne.
